Analysis of firefighting and rescue circle model in the petrochemical storage tank area of heatengine plant

In this paper, we mainly discussed the model of rescue circle for petroleum storage area, since this is a significantly important issue in daily security. The time radius, resources distribution and importance degree, and foam amount needed, etc. were calculated based on our model. From that comes the reasonable conclusion that the smallest rescue circle radius is that we can extinguish the fire in the center with all the resources within that circle radius
